Shipping and Delivery Policies
Free standard delivery on any order. Standard Delivery is with Australia Post and the delivery time will be estimated during checkout. Once your item has left our warehouse, we will send you an email with tracking information.

*My order hasn’t been delivered, or there has been a mistake - What can I do?
If your item has been damaged in transit, is overdue, or for any other order queries, please call our Sales Team on 03 8820 5729. Open 09:00-17:00 GMT seven days a week.
*Do you deliver to everywhere in the Australia?
You can find out if we deliver a product to your postcode when you get to the checkout page, but we do deliver to most areas of the Australia.
*I’ve ordered multiple items, will they all arrive together?
Your items may arrive on different days, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.
*Do you have any delivery restrictions?
We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, Locked Bags or Parcel Lockers. We do not currently offer any international delivery options. If you are outside of the Australia and wish to purchase Nextbase products, please contact our Sales Team who can advise on authorised retailers in your region: email@example.com.
